Window activation (showing)

If Guillotine.exe is re-executed when guillotine is already running, the guillotine window is not activated (shown) as intended. Instead, if an explorer window named "Guillotine" exists, that window is restored and activated. If there is no such explorer window, then nothing appears to happen.
