* Fixed crash when shutting down when Redemption wasn't installed
* Added Menu "Update Cache" menu item, which will refresh the cache of all searches.
* IE Favorites and History were always doing "Real Time" searches
* Search gets cancelled and result list gets reset as soon as you hit backspace
* Hitting enter when no results showing attempts to execute whatever text is in the search box (e.g. if it's a url, it will go to that url)
* Added Google Maps to list of default searches (keyword is gmaps)
* Some URL's passed to web searches weren't getting encoded properly and were failing
* Multiple results were getting returned when in "Offline" mode
* Added "Update Cache" menu item to refresh "Offline" cached data. Later this will become mostly automatic.
