Guillotine 1.1.6.0 - 10/12/06
* Added option to open URL's in the browser of the plugin that generated them (if any)
* Added option to open URL's in new browser window
* Added option to enable/disable matching of shortcuts on hitting first space key
* Added logging code to Outlook plugin to log errors
* Revamped hot-key setting GUI. ALT couldn't be used as a modifier
* Attempting to fix issue where wrong starting directory was passed to bat files
